Escort-Advertising.com is owned and operated by Quest Promotions, a UK company dedicated to providing top-quality, legal and ethical escort advertising services. The following terms and conditions apply to all advertising services offered by Quest Promotions. By ordering and paying for advertising services from Quest Promotions you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
We will not advertise escorts under the age of 18.
All advertisers must agree they offer an escort service for companionship only and do not offer paid services of a sexual nature. *
We only publish real photographs. All advertisers must agree they are the sole owner of any photos they submit to us and the photos are neither "fakes" nor "stock" photography. **
Above and beyond the guidelines set out in the Obscene Publications Act (UK), all advertisements must comply with our copy guidelines. *** We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where client content is deemed unfit by us. This includes but is not limited to situations where we feel a client's content may be infringing copyright or contrary to law or our own copy guidelines.
We aim for 99+% uptime but we cannot be held responsible if this is changed due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure reliable service.
All material supplied by the client and used in the construction of the client's advertisements will remain the client's property. All such material will be assumed to be the property of the client and free to use without fear of breach of copyright laws.
We can accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by error or inaccuracy in the publication or omission of any advertisement. The client is solely responsible for any liability arising out of publication of any advertisement.
